Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled tour date: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer you the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
